I see there is minimum help out for these Quests and people act to High and Mighty when it comes to answering new players that don’t know what they are doing.
Scientific Expedition : 1st: You need to go around any station with your ship in [Scan Mode], make sure you are close enough. You will be looking for a distress signal, you will hear some [Buzzing] noises when close to a signal and you will need to look for and find something that looks like a [Red Ball] that is discharging energy.

Scientific Expedition mission I’ve picked up this mission as I’ve build up a good amount of money to start building on the base, but I can’t get past the step to pickup a interface unit? I’m fact I’ve brought 11 of the bastereds but the mission won’t take me to the next area -.-.
12/16/2018 · This will start the quest “ Scientific Expedition ” which will give you access to the Player Headquarter as well as allow you to research teleportation. Dock at the station – Pickup Interface Unit. First task is to dock at the Argon Equipment Dock in Black Hole Sun IV. As soon as you are docked, press ENTER and select GET UP.
In the Scientific Expedition mission, I went through the anomaly and didn’t get credit.
