He gave me many tips throughout the years that helped me improve my coordination and understanding of the martial arts. This school has a wide variety of Chinese martial arts that you can learn.

Saturday: 9:00 AM — QIGONG 10:00 AM — Wudang Tai Chi 11:00 AM — New Chen Tai Chi(section 1) 3:00 PM — Beginning Kung Fu Kids (1) 4:00 PM — Kung Fu Kids (2), Our classes are up and running again via ZOOM live remote broadcast! we have run our first round of makeup classes to test out the system. We have made adjustments and will continue to adjust to the Corona Virus Pandemic and keep on exercising, relieving stress, building skills, and our immune systems!, Our adult classes are totally different from our children’s programs. The various disciplines we offer for adults – Tai Chi, Kung Fu, and Qigong – are also distinctly different from each other.
