To Hell with Uber when leaving from O’Hare to downtown. The taxes are a little bit more expensive but immediately there. Half the time, Uber will send a driver out to the Hilton at Rosemont. The city obviously does not want to Uber to have convenient pick ups at the airport and so it takes a very long time for them to get there to pick you up.

I took BART from the airport to downtown San Francisco one time and I hated that experience, because I had to keep making room on the train for others, and then walking with my luggage from the station to the hotel. While I still see lots of tourists doing that (walking around downtown with their luggage), I’d rather forgo buying.

I noticed a pickup change as a passenger on 07/02/19, even though I am an Uber and Lyft driver and Uber ‘s website driver information is not updated (07/14/19).
